important retreat details

We are shooting for a minimum of 20 golfers for this first "Take 2" retreat, though we can accomodate more.  Please sign up and get your $299 into Roger ASAP cause we are anticipating this event to fill up quick! (see Sign Up page)

Lodging will be 2 guys to a room with seperate double beds. If you have a friend or family member you'd like to room with, write their name on your sign up form so we can put you together with your preferred roommate. 

When you check-in at Stoney Creek Inn on Sunday afternoon after the 1st round of golf, your room will already be reserved and paid for.  Just tell them you're with the "Take 2" golf group and give them your name. They will give you your room # and key. 

When you pay for your greens fees and cart at each golf course, tell them you're with the "Take 2" group so they give you the correct rate noted on the "Costs" page. Any practice range fees you will pay seperately on your own. 

This retreat is for golfers of all skill levels. We do our best to team groups together of similar individual and/or team handicap. We need to estimate your handicap if you don't know yours. If you aren't sure, let us know some of your scoring history and we'll estimate one for you. (Handicap is related to your better scores above par. For example, if you usually shoot in the mid-80s to mid-90s your handicap would be in the range of 15-20)  This will help us put fair matches together. Handicap strokes will be given when there is a discrepancy between total team handicaps. 

You will have opportunity to make new friends at the retreat. You will sometimes play with guys you don't know. Be sure to introduce yourself and get to know the guys you're playing with. The golf will be fun, but what makes this retreat special is the fellowship and friendships you will make. We hope to make it an annual event we can all enjoy every year!
